I posted a recipe for Peanut Butter Oatmeal Sandwich Cookies. I made them for a ladies group I belong to. We have a fundraiser and sell “Cookie Express” raffle tickets. The winner gets 3 dozen cookies a month for a year. This was my month to cook and I wanted to make something a little out of the ordinary for the new winner. I found the recipe on All Recipes website and it was a hit. The reviews were good and the cookies were not your typical cookie. Extra tasty and the filling/sandwich style made them a tasty treat. My family got the crumbs unfortunately so I plan to make them again very soon! One additional thing I did was dip half the sandwich cookie in dipping chocolate for an eye appealing cookie and wrapped each cookie individually for fun and to keep them fresher. The local library was one of the winners and it brought a smile to my face to think of them having their coffee break with the tasty filled sweet sandwiches.

Hello,
I would like to be considered for the pressure canner drawing please! I submitted our favorite recipe for chili: “Brown Beer-Deer Chili.”
I didn’t notice your instruction about the program adding line breaks after each ingredient until it was too late! So sorry!
Thanks!

I submitted a Strawberry Jalapeno Jam recipe. My daughters(their families) and I have all been growing our own fruits and vegetables as much as possible and canning and freezing. Right now we use hot water canners but this would be awesome and safer for some of the foods we can. We have been trying over the last couple years to become self-sustainable. What an awesome prize this would be!
