These come out of the oven very soft and fluffy. Great with a piece of ham!
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 12
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 to 12 minutesIngredients
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons garlic herb mix
(I use Tone’s Garlic Herb seasoning, no salt/no MSG)
1/2 cup of finely shredded cheese.
( I had some 4 cheese Mexican mix left over so I used it in the biscuits)
Pam spray or similar
Directions
In a bowl mix together the flour, mayonnaise and the milk. Once all of the flour is incorporated into the mayo and milk, add the garlic/herb and the cheese. Using a tablespoon, drop them onto a baking sheet that has been sprayed with oil and bake at 400 for approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Makes approximately 12 biscuits. Serve warm with dinner or just by themselves.
