Servings: Makes approx. 3/4 cupPrep Time: 2 minutes Cook Time: 2 minutes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
10-12 pieces cinnamon bark, approximately 3 inches each
Combine water, sugar and cinnamon bark in a saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Stir to submerge cinnamon. Let cool. Strain into jar and store in refrigerator. Delicious in coffee (hot or iced), tea or other drinks.
