Servings: lotsPrep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 1 hour to heat and melt
1 large Velveeta
1 lb sausage, as spicy as you’d like
1 can Rotel tomatoes, as spicy as you’d like (homecanned here)
Cut Velveeta into small 1″ chunks. Place in 3 qt. crockpot on high.
Cook sausage until done; drain. Add to crockpot.
Dump in Rotel tomatoes.
Heat in crockpot until all the cheese is melted, stirring every once in a while. Turn to low or serve. We serve this with corn chip “dips” or tortilla chips.

This dip is sooo good! I use spicy sausage and spicy rotel and it always gets eaten up!!
