This is an easy to turn out, fluffy…VERY fluffy, rich pie crust. It is a very soft dough and only has THREE ingredients! Don’t worry about fluting the sides, as your special effort will be hidden once the crust expands while baking. Just roll and place in the pan.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 1 pie crust
Ingredients
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
Directions
Put the flour and butter into a bowl. Cut the butter until the size of small peas.
Add sour cream. Stir with a fork until it holds together. Shape into 2 or 3 patty-shaped balls. Chill in plastic overnight. Roll quite thin when you are ready to use it.
