2 cans (10 to 12 oz) fresh oysters
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 Tbsp dry white wine
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid hot pepper sauce (Louisiana sauce)
French bread, toasted
Drain oysters. Melt butter; add oysters and cook about 3 to 5 minutes or until edges begin to curl. Add wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and hot pepper sauce; heat.
Serve with slices of toasted French bread. Yummy!!!
