Servings: 8Cook Time: 15 min.
1 (12 oz) bag fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 tsp. dried ginger
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil & reduce heat. Cook until all berries have popped (10-15 min.)stirring frequently. Refrigerate until ready to use. Or if you love cranberries like I do, eat some immediately. Hope there are some left for Thanksgiving. Oops! Better make another batch.
