I’ll never eat plain cranberry sauce again! I LOVE this stuff! My mom serves it at Thanksgiving and Christmas, but it’s delicious anytime.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 12-15
Prep Time: 15 minutes active prep, plus time for jello to set.Ingredients
2 (3 oz.) packages red raspberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
Topping:
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
½ cup sugar
** Chopped pecans taste great in jello or on topping.
Directions
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add everything else. Refrigerate until set. (I use a 9×13 Pyrex dish.) Spread with topping.
