A delicious, quick and easy cookie.

Servings: 16
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 25-30 minutesIngredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped nuts, I like pecans
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 9 pan.
In medium bowl, combine graham crackers, chocolate chips, nuts and coconut.
Pour melted butter over dry ingredients and stir. Press into baking pan. Drizzle condensed milk over top.
Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool before cutting.

Excellent! I had to make them tonight 🙂 I didn’t have nuts, so I added in some butterscotch and white chocolate chips.
Had to use tsmith’s homemade sweetened condensed milk…none in the cupboard! Worked good!

I use both types of coconut. My family prefers sweetened but they like things SWEET!

One of my faves! I double it and use a 9×13 inch pan. I also add butterscotch chips sometimes or peanut butter or white chocolate chips!
