Yet again, the older version of the La Leche League Cookbook. Really good on Summer Salad.

Servings: 3 cups
Prep Time: 5 minutesIngredients
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise or part cottage cheese
1 tsp. dill weed or your favorite
or
1 TBLP. fresh chopped herbs: dill, thyme or our favorite, summer savory
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Use as salad dressing or dip for fresh vegetables.

This dressing sounds really good. I make ranch dressing using the Uncle Dans seasoning packet, but I use half mayonaise and half plain yogurt. I love the slight tang the yogurt gives it and the decreased calories can only be a plus! 🙂 This recipe sounds similar, but from scratch, so I’ll definitely be giving it a try!
