8 oz box cream cheese, softened
1 tsp horseradish sauce
baby sweet pickles
Blend the cream cheese and horseradish to taste–start with a teaspoon, adding more horseradish until it’s hot enough for you.
Slice Canadian bacon in half.
Put 1/2 teaspoon or so of the cream cheese mix on the middle on the 1/2 bacon, top with a sweet pickle. Roll this up and secure with a tooth pick.
Continue until you run out of ingredients.
