1 bag white ‘chocolate’ chips (vanilla flavor coating)
1 bag butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter (your preference of crunchy or smooth)
paper cupcake liners or fluted candy cups
Line a cookie sheet with paper cupcake liners (or for small bites, use fluted candy cups).
Melt white ‘chocolate’ and butterscotch together in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of peanut butter of your choice until completely incorporated. A little oil may be added for a more fluid consistency if needed. Spoon mixture quickly into cupcake liners. Wiggle cookie sheet to settle mixture in the cups if you want a smooth top on these. Chill until set.
