A great dip using our home smoked salmon.

Servings: 3 1/2 cups
Prep Time: 10 minIngredients
12 oz smoked salmon
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
Directions
Break up smoked salmon. Beat together 8 ounces cream cheese and 8 ounces sour cream. Beat in the smoked salmon. Fold in about 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese.
Break out the crackers and enjoy!!!!
