Ingredients
chicken thighs
Sauce:
1 c. sugar
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. ginger powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
green onions
red pepper chili flakes (if desired)
Directions
Combine the ingredients for the sauce. Boil the chicken thighs in the sauce for 30 min. or until the chicken is cooked through. If necessary, double the recipe for the sauce so that you have enough for submerging the chicken.
