Yummy gluten-free cookie that doesn’t taste gluten free! My husband devours these as soon as they are cool enough. He took them to the office once and came home with a STACK of recipe requests. Once you try them, you will be hooked!
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 24-30 cookies
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10-12 minutesIngredients
1 cup smooth peanut butter

1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
24-30 chocolate kisses – unwrapped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up the dough.
Roll into 1″ balls and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake 10-12 minutes. Push a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie immediately upon removing from oven. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes until they are no longer “floppy” before moving to a rack for final cooling.
