I used left-over peach pulp from when I steam-juiced some end-of-season peaches.

Cook Time: 55 minutes to 1 hourIngredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups pureed peaches
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans or almonds
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then combine wet ingredients together and add to dry ingredients. Mix well and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes to 1 hours, or until done.
