I’ve adapted a couple different no-bake cheesecake recipes together to come up with a flavored cheesecake to use as my yearly flag cake. To keep a white background, use a Kool Aide that has no color.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 12
Prep Time: 30 minIngredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
3 c finely ground graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c + 2 Tbl butter, melted
Cheesecake:
2 (8 oz) cream cheese
2 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 pkts Kool Aid (any flavor — to keep the cheesecake white, I use watermelon kiwi)
2 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip
Directions
Crust:
Mix cracker crumbs and sugar together well. Mix in melted butter. Press into 9×13 dish.
Cheesecake:
Blend cream cheese until nice and fluffy.
Gradually add in sweetened condensed milk, mixing until it is all creamy.
Add dry Kool Aid.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Garnish with fresh blueberries for the stars and sliced strawberries for the stripes.
Chill for a couple hours.
