No Bake Cookies

How many depends on how big you make them.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 48 cookies

Prep Time: 10 min. ?   Cook Time: 2 min.  

Ingredients

3 1/2 C sugar
1/4 + 1/8 C cocoa
1/4 lb. butter
3 C oats
1 C peanut butter
1/8 C white syrup (karo, clear)
1/2 C milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Combine sugar & cocoa, add syrup & milk. Bring to a boil. Cook 2 min. Add peanut butter, margarine/butter and oats; stirring until mixed. Drop on pan liners or waxed paper. Cool.
