Peanut Butter Pie + Brownies = Sinful I modified the original recipe from here.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 1 pie
Cook Time: 25 minIngredients
1 9-inch pie crust
1 Brownie Recipe (mine is here, or you can use a box)
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 (8 oz) tubs of whipped topping
Directions
Put pie crust into pie plate.
Make your brownies and pour them into your shell. If you are using my recipe, only put half in there. I did all of them and it was too much. If you are using a mix, get one that is for a 9×9 pan. Place it into a 350 degree oven for about 20 – 25 minutes, or until it is set.
Put in fridge until completely cool.
When it is cool, mix cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar together. Mix in whipped topping that has been thawed and spread it on top of the brownies. I chose to add half of another carton of whipped topping to mine, just to make it truly spectacular!

My great-nephew’s birthday was Thanksgiving day and this was his birthday cake! I made it in a 10″ spring-form pan, so it would fit on the birthday cake plate. I lined just the bottom with the pie crust then used your brownie recipe (the full recipe). It was delicious!! Thank you for sharing!!!
