I chopped onions last night, I owned one of these at one time, we moved, I packed it I am sure of it, but between TX and NC it vanished into thin air, I did not know that it wanted to stay in TX. I used mine all the time to make salsa and I do miss it. If I win I may cry, if I don’t then I will be happy for whom ever wins it, it is a great tool to have in the kitchen. Oh I also used it to make my bath salts, I mixed my flowers/herbs into the sea salt to make a finer course grind and then added epsom salt also. SO I guess you could say it was a great tool for the bathroom also.

One of the things I really like about this forum is the extra ideas that just get thrown in. This recipe mentions 4:1:1 seasoning and explains it is salt:pepper:garlic powder.
