    My first recipe submission to this site is for Cucumbers and Onions salad/side dish. I used to can and bake all the time – moved to the big city, and haven’t done either for years.     I submitted one of my favorite recipes (as well as everyone who has every eaten it): Crock Pot Creamed Corn. It is SO easy and is absolutely delicious. I’ve had several people tell me it’s the best corn they’ve ever eaten, so I hope you enjoy the recipe as much as we do! That Le Creuset 2-Quart Cherry Batter Bowl is calling to me! Le Creuset has such fine workmanship and is beautifully crafted, making it a joy to use in the kitchen. Both my husband and I are big fans!

    If you like Ro-Tel Dip, you are going to LOVE Ro-Tel Squares, a main dish casserole made with meat and crescent rolls. It’s sure to please a family or crowd…try my recipe for Ro-Tel Squares. I could use that beautiful Le Creuset Batter Bowl to combine my cream cheese and Ro-Tel for the recipe!
