This is my take on boneless hot wings. Keep in mind this particular mixture suits our taste buds, adjust the seasonings to your tastes–if you like it hotter add more hot sauce or cayenne pepper to the sauce.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 1 hourIngredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons melted butter or marg.
2 tablespoons oil
Sauce:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Hot Sauce, to taste (I use about 1/2 of a small bottle)
Directions
Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Flour the chicken. Melt butter or margarine in a baking dish and add oil. Place the floured chicken pieces in baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees, turning half way through.
While chicken is baking, melt butter or margarine in a sauce pan, remove from heat. Add vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce to taste. Pour the sauce into a bowl.
When the chicken comes out of the oven, place the hot chicken in the sauce mixture. Stir gently until all of the chicken has been coated with the sauce.
