4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 T brown sugar
1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
3. Cover and cook.
I like to put my chicken breast in frozen and cook on high 4 hours, uncover and cook 15 more minutes so sauce can thicken up. Use spatula to chop up chicken into bit sized pieces right inside the pot and serve over rice.
