A delightful tasting fish casserole. Serve with green beans or as my family likes, stewed tomatoes.

1 1/2 pounds of haddock, cut into pieces
Ritz cracker crumbs
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 cup milk
mozzarella cheese
butter
No amount given for amount of cracker crumbs or amount of cheese. I always use half a sleeve of crackers and a good amount of shredded cheese.
Directions
Grease casserole dish and alternate layers of haddock, cracker crumbs and cheese.
Mix together the soup & milk; pour over casserole. Sprinkle some cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees 35-45 minutes.
Remove from oven; dot with butter.
