This is the best pumpkin pie that I have EVER tasted. I have never come across any other that uses honey in it in the US or Canada. Try it and you will never go back! This pie filling has a unique flavor. It is a super healthy and fantastic snack, breakfast or dessert if you cook up the filling and serve as a pudding, hot or cold. It is one of my favorites! Do not forget to top this with REAL cream, whipped or otherwise. To do otherwise would be a great disservice to this dish.

I used this recipe and it was great! I did make a couple of changes, though.
-I used about 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 REAL maple syrup as sweetener.
-I added a third egg
It may have been those changes, or maybe it’s just my oven, but I had to bake it for more like 1 hour 15 minutes. But it turned out really yum-cious!
