Finally, a GOOD recipe for canned potatoes. These are delicious and people are actually stunned when they find out that these ARE canned potatoes. I have made these in large quantity also with #10 cans of potatoes. Excellent side dish.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: unlimited!
Ingredients
small whole canned potatoes
butter or margarine
Seasoned salt
Parmesan cheese
Black pepper
Parsley
Directions
Drain potatoes and let “air dry” about 30 minutes.
Pour potatoes on a very lightly greased baking pan with sides.
Melt butter and/or margarine, pour over potatoes, being sure to coat all the potatoes – shake the pan to help coat.
Sprinkle potatoes with:
Seasoned salt (lightly)
Parmesan cheese
Black pepper
Parsley (optional)
Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown – shake pan once or twice to keep from sticking.
Remove potatoes from pan with slotted spoon.
