This yummy sandwich is a hit wherever I take it. its a family favorite and we have it often on busy nights. Leftovers are easily reheated in the crockpot too.

Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 6 hoursIngredients
3-4 lb rump roast
3 T Montreal Steak Seasoning
Green onions (maybe 3 or 4)
2 cans Beef Consomme (or a beef broth)
Bread rolls
Mozzarella cheese(optional)
Directions
Place the Rump Roast in a crock pot. Add the Montreal Steak seasoning, chopped onions, and beef consomme. Cook on high about 6 hours. It will be fork tender. Chop it all up. Serve on bread roll with mozzarella cheese. You can dunk it in the extra sauce.
