Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 8 hoursIngredients
4-5 pound beef roast (inexpensive boneless)
2-3 cans LOW SODIUM Beef Broth
2-3 packages of Dry Italian Dressing Mix
Directions
Put roast, broth and mix in crock pot on low, cook all day! 6-8 hours.
When tender, take roast out and shred it (like pulled pork), put back in crock pot and it’s ready. Use juice for dip, and serve on rolls of your choice.

This has become a favorite at our house. It is very good and very easy, and makes good use of cheaper, tougher cuts of meat. I vary the seasonings from time to time, but it always turns out really good.

I fixed this for company one time, to this day they don’t believe this is all I did. Someday they will cook it for themselves! (Maybe!)
