This is really very easy and so good, especially if you like the taste of garlic. I have also made this with just mayonnaise, and it is still good, but I like it better mixed with some sour cream. You can play around with the amounts to your liking. It’s just plain easy and good. If you use beans with no meat, it’s vegetarian.

3 cans pork ‘n’ beans (or vegetarian beans)
1-2 cloves of garlic, as desired
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
black pepper, as desired
Directions
Drain 3 cans of your favorite brand pork ‘n’ beans (or vegetarian beans) and place beans in bowl. Mince a couple cloves of garlic, more or less. Add to beans. Add a shake of black pepper. Mix in about 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. Stir all together and refrigerate about 1 hr before serving.
