A great party dip recipe from my friend Melanie!

Servings: 15 people
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutesIngredients
About 3/4 lb. of deli corned beef, chopped finely
2 (8 oz) bags of Swiss cheese
Sauerkraut – either 2 cans or 1 large bag, dried somewhat and chopped
3/4 cup Russian dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Crackers or Scoops
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine the Mayo and the dressing in a small bowl.
Layer in a 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish–sauerkraut (chopped), mayo/dressing, chopped corned beef, Swiss cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes or so.
Spoon onto crackers or scoop up with Scoops.
