Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 20 min Cook Time: 20 minIngredients
1 1/2 cups macaroni or broken noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 can tuna fish
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Cook noodles. Drain and mix in cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, fish, and cheddar cheese.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Can sprinkle with 1/2 c of crushed potato chips, paprika, bread crumbs, crushed crackers….
Bake in oven 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Doubles very well. You can also make this with cooked cheese tortellini for variety.

So easy and so good! I haven’t made this in years and after reading your recipe post decided to make it for dinner last night. Delicious! I was out of cheddar so I used Colby/Jack.
Thanks for the great reminder of a wonderful, fast and filling meal!
