This is a wonderful recipe for the best chocolate cookies ever. Just be sure not to over-bake them!

Cook Time: 10-12 minIngredients
1# good dark chocolate
6 oz unsweetened chocolate
3 oz butter
5 eggs
14 oz sugar
2 tsp Mocha Paste or Coffee Reduction
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 oz cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
8 oz chocolate chips
8 oz chopped white chocolate
6 oz chopped nuts
Directions
Chop dark and unsweetened chocolate into small pieces place in bowl with butter and melt in a baine marie.
Whip eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy add in mocha or coffee paste and vanilla. Fold this into melted chocolate.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, chocolate chips, chopped white chocolate and nuts. Add in chocolate and egg mixture and refrigerate mixture until solid enough to scoop or handle.
Scoop cookies with a ice cream scoop. Place on a silicon baking mat or parchment paper bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
