1 cup Popcorn kernels
1 – 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 Tbsp Chaat Masala (Indian spice mix)
Add popcorn & oil in a large pot. Heat over high heat, shaking constantly until popcorn has popped. Pour into bowl & sprinkle with Chaat mix.
The trick is to wrap your lid in a dish towel to absorb the moisture as it’s popping. This help keep your popcorn crisp. I use a binder clip to keep the loose ends of the towel from flopping around at the top of the lid.
