This came about by chance but it works. Earlier this week I scored some turkey wing portions and seasoned them with McCormick Season-All and roasted them. I saved the drippings. Last night, I was fixing a small pork roast and added some sweet potato sliced into half-inch slabs. I added them to the Pyrex pan that held the pork. It was just a little piece about a pound and a half. There wasn’t enough dripping for the potato so I added some of the turkey dripping and some salt and pepper. The potato was very good but tonight when I started to fix supper there wasn’t enough potato so I peeled another and roasted it with drippings from the turkey wings. It is a sweet potato like you have never before had and so worth doing.
