I just submitted a recipe for English Pub-Style Pickled Onions. A dear friend of mine is from England and he was missing these favorite treat. I searched for a long time before I found this recipe. He LOVES it… and his brother and friends who come over to the visit him keep asking me for the recipe! So, I guess it is authentic and a hit. It is a very easy pickle recipe, minimal prep work, minimal cooking time… just lots of time letting it sit and brine. I have tried this canned or just kept in the refrigerator. My friend prefers it not canned as the results are crisper. All the better for me, less work. Enjoy!
Please enter me in the drawing for the yogurt maker, I would love it!

Oh goodness…I could sure use a yogurt maker. I just submitted my recipe for Pasta Primavera With Italian Turkey Sausage. This is a GREAT summer dish but we eat it all year round…it has GREAT flavor and it’s easy and fast. What’s great is that if you have a garden then 3 of the ingredients can come straight from it!
Happy Anniversary! 🙂
