This is the instruction I gave a man today in the super market who said that he didn’t know that pork could be roasted. He had only ever had it slow cooked in a crock pot with sauerkraut. We need to talk to strangers and tell them about the wondeful ways to cook food.

Directions
Obtain a large piece of pork. Apply salt, pepper and a little Italian seasoning to the outside. Place in an oven proof pan until the internal temperature reaches 175 degrees in a 325 degree oven.
