This is easy to put together and let bake while having dinner. It smells wonderful! Excellent served warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

1 – 29 oz. can pumpkin (I used 2 cups mashed)
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 – 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup butter, melted
Directions
Mix pumpkin, sugar and eggs. Add milk and spice(s). Pour into a greased (I used Baker’s Joy) 13″ x 9″ pan. Sprinkle with cake mix. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
