Quick and easy, have supper ready in 30 minutes!
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 8
Prep Time: 30 minutes Cook Time: 15-20Ingredients
Dough:
1/2-1/3 cup warm water
1 package of yeast (or one Tbsp bulk yeast)
1 tsp sugar
2 cup flour
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
Chicken:
1/2 cup Ranch dressing (either store bought or home made)
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1 cup cheese of choice (cheddar, Parmesan, mozzarella….)
Directions
Combine 1/4 cup of water with yeast and sugar. Stir to dissolve yeast and let stand until bubbly (about 5 minutes). Mix flour, oil and salt. Add yeast with flour into large bowl and mix with beaters. Drizzle just enough water to allow the beaters to form a ball of the dough (while it’s mixing). Place the ball on a cookie sheet and cover for about 10 minutes (I skip this step if I’m in a hurry. The dough is a little flat but tastes fine.) Pat dough out. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
After crust has taken on a golden hue, top with dressing and add chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Place back in oven until cheese has melted.
