This is a wonderful flavored bread. Great for sandwiches or toasted.

Recipe for 1 1/2 pound loaf:
3/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. water
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. dry milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. bread machine yeast
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe for 2 Pound loaf:
1 cup water
2/3 cup shredded zucchini
2 TBsp. butter, softened
2 cups bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 TBsp. dry milk
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. bread machine yeast
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
MAKE 1 1/2 pound recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour or make 2 pound recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups flour.
MEASURE carefully, placing all ingredients except walnuts in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add walnuts at the raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
SELECT Whole Wheat or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool completely.
*Yeast amount is the same for 1 1/2 pound recipe and 2 pound recipe.
