Anything else you enjoy in your omelet
Crack 2 eggs into quart-size Ziploc bag – shake to combine
Add your ingredients – cheese, ham, onion, tomato, etc and shake again
Squeeze air out of the bag and seal
Place the bag in rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes
Open the bag and roll out the omelet – careful it will be very HOT.
