I like using vanilla sugar in baked goods, but it gives a wonderful taste to puddings and ice cream, too. It adds more flavor to every recipe that requires vanilla and sugar. I even use it in my low sugar peach jam.

This is a great recipe. I keep two jars on hand, one with plain old white sugar and one with raw. The guests at our home love it in coffee and it is wonderful in recipes calling for vanilla.
