This has got to be the easiest soup to make. You get the protein and your veggies all in one.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 4-6
Cook Time: 15Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained of fat
1 env. dry onion soup mix
2 (1 lb.) cans Veg-All vegetables, juice & all
48 oz. V-8 juice
Directions
Combine and simmer 15 minutes or longer.

Hmmmm. This sounds great, and gives me a good idea. We have some frozen soup veggies and a jug of V-8 that needs to be used. That may go into the crockpot, with some sauteed onions and beef. Yeah! That will work!!
