I never made a decent roast until someone gave me this recipe. The gravy is rich, thick, and has a little kick to it, which I like. I’m asked to bring this to every potluck dinner I go to, and they always add “if it’s not too much trouble”, haha! It’s always the first to go, and gets rave reviews. My 17 year old will actually delay his plans to stay home and eat this meal. It’s one of his favorites. Dump it all in the Crock Pot, kick your feet up and read a good book, then act like you’ve slaved all day in the kitchen when they get home…they’ll never know the difference!!!
