Sweet hot mustard good on beef, pork, turkey sandwiches, hot dogs or hamburgers. Mixed with apple cider it makes an excellent glaze for ham.

1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup dry mustard
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
Directions
Place white wine vinegar and dry mustard in saucepan. Mix well. Add 1/4 cup water, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 2 well beaten eggs.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
Makes approximately 1 pint.
