2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 (16oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup pecans (optional)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine eggs, flour, sugar and pineapple together. Add baking soda, vanilla and pecans. Mix well.
Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray; pour in cake mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Mix ingredients frosting before cake is finished baking; spread on cake as soon as it is out of the oven.
