This came from a friend, who got it from a friend, etc…It is perfect with baked beans or chowder for a Saturday night supper!

Servings: 12-16
Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 30 - 35 min.Ingredients
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 eggs
4 Tbsp oil
1 c sour cream
1 can cream style corn
Directions
Mix and put into greased 9×13″ pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 – 35 min. or until brown.
This recipe can be halved and put in an 8×8″ pan.
