1/2 C oil (your choice)
2 tsp dried dill weed (4 tsp if fresh)
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing mix (original flavor)
1 pkg. oyster crackers
Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly. Because I like my crackers really crisp, I put them in my cast iron skillet, or use a cookie sheet. Stir the mixture in really well & put it in the oven at 300º for about 20 min.
These also freeze well to pull out for unexpected company!
