Delicious, moist muffins!
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 1 1/2 dozen
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 -18 minutesIngredients
5 T butter, softened
1 large egg
2/3 c sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c flour
1 c sour cream
3/4 c mini chips (I have used regular also)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, salt, sour cream, and egg. Mix well. Stir in baking soda and baking powder. Add flour and stir by hand until well combines. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until done. Cool. Yield 1 1/2 dozen.
