1 package smoked trout (found in the butcher section of your grocery store)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Juice and zest of one large lemon
Garlic powder to taste
1 T. fresh dill chopped
Directions
Stir all ingredients together and serve with crackers or toasted pita points.
