A good hamburger casserole that is well liked.

1 – 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 – 14-15 ounce can cream style corn
5 – 6 medium sized potatoes
1 medium sized onion, chopped
salt & pepper
sprinkling of Parmesan cheese
Directions
Pare and cook potatoes in salted water. Mash and season as for any mashed potatoes. In meantime cook hamburger and 1 small chopped onion in small amount of oil in fry pan till it turns brown and crumbles up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
Turn cooked hamburger in to a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spread cream style corn over the top. Season corn. Top with mashed potato. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
